Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled sail will receive a refund, minus a 3% processing fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled sail are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed departures.

2. Gratuity (Groups)

Groups of 10 or more are subject to a 15% gratuity, which is applied at the time of booking and distributed entirely to the crew.

3. Onboard Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

• No external speakers or amplified music

• Respect fellow passengers and crew at all times

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited onboard:

• Smoking or vaping

• Drugs, including marijuana

• Firearms

• Drones

• Animals, including service animals

Sailing Seattle reserves the right to:

• Remove alcohol from any guest for safety reasons

• Deny boarding to guests who appear intoxicated or impaired (no refund will be issued)

• Terminate a sail without refund in cases of unsafe or disruptive behavior, including verbal abuse

Serious incidents may be reported to the United States Coast Guard and/or local law enforcement.

5. Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge they are boarding an active sailing vessel with uneven surfaces, moving lines, and inherent trip hazards. By boarding, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and agree to exercise caution at all times.
